Sit-Back Attack Combat/Speeds

Writer's picture: David CunninghamDavid Cunningham

Sit-Back Attack is really coming together now. Here we wanted to display the two speeds of battle and get any feedback you may have. We toyed around with adding a 3x speed but it just didn't seem practical. This first video is a little gameplay when normal speed is playing.

As you can see the combat speed is nothing overwhelming you could easily apply potion or runes to yourself or the enemy without worry. You could plan for next encounters or just enjoy some ASMR. Next we will look at the battle speed in 2x. This is good for people who really want that idler experience. Perhaps you want to blow through as much content as possible while you shower. Throw on the 2x and by the time you return you'll be flushed with loot.

We expect that the 2x mode will be used most often. But bear in mind that it can be hard to apply a potion to a dying ally, or stick a rune on the enemy to weaken or buff them. So when entering an encounter you're not entirely confidant in it may not be the best mode. There is another reason to use normal mode as well. As I mentioned above while the combat idles its a good idea to prepare for the next battles.

You can use loot received in previous battles to craft potions in combat. You can also apply levels and stats to your characters as well as customize their gear. There are a ton of things to do while the combat idles.

Sit-Back Attack is consistently making major strides toward completion and we're very excited to get this chance to share these glimpses into our game. I hope you enjoyed and feel free to leave a comment if you have any thoughts on what you seen.
